Pro Fishing Tournament July 25, 2009

Renegade Bass, Ottawa and Seaway Valley regions’ premier fishing tournament series, is coming to Cornwall on Saturday July 25th, 2009.

There will be 83 teams and $3 million dollars worth of fishing boats on the water for the event with Canadian Pros like Bob Izumi, Doug Brownridge, Mike Desforges and Charles Sim competing for over $10,000 in prize money. The event starts at 7am from Marina 200 and the anglers return at 4pm for the weigh-in.

It’s really quite a spectacular event with giveaways for kids and it is just amazing to see the size of some of the fish that are brought in.
