CCVS is descended from a private school founded in 1803 by Rev. John Strachan that became
known as the Cornwall Grammar School in 1807 and then became Cornwall High School in 1871.
Now the site of an Ontario Heritage Foundation plaque.
Archives will be open with scrapbooks, yearbooks, photographs, videos, medals, report cards,
and attendance records.

L'école secondaire supérieure et professionnelle de Cornwall (CCVS) a débuté come école privée, fondée en 1803 par le révérend John Strachan, devenue Cornwall Grammar School en 1807. En 1871, l'école devenait Cornwall High School. A présent, l'école porte une plaque du patrimoine de l'Ontario (Ontario Heritage Foundation)
