People's Parade starts at 10:30 am at St. Lawrence College - anyone can be in the parade in a decorated vehicle or carry a flag, on foot, one of the 300+ groups and nations composing the historical make up of Akwesasne, Cornwall and SD&G. Contests: Decorated floats, trucks, vans, cars, motorcycles, wheelchairs and bicycles; Aboriginal outfits, regalia, national & clown costumes for all ages; photography and food art contests to amateurs and professionals. Entertainment at Lamoureux Park both days from 12 noon & gigantic trade show for artists, artisans, profit & non-profit organizations, businesses & clubs of all kinds. Kite Festival & contests on the 18th at the "Bowl" between Lamoureux Park and RCAF Wing on Water St.
