The Sports Hall of Fame is located in the Civic Complex, overlooking the St. Lawrence River in Downtown Cornwall.

The Cornwall Sports Hall of Fame celebrates the heritage of sports in the community, & recognizes the accomplishments & efforts of the athletes who worked to promote their individual sports. Every 2 years, nominations for induction are accepted.

Inductees represent a wide range of sports. Some of the more well known athletes include Newsy Lalonde, Moe Racine, Cyril Denneny, Orval Tessier & Lori Dupuis Olympic Gold medalist in women’s hockey.
