It’s time to Shop the Blocks
Downtown Cornwall will be the place to be on Wednesday, November 6th for the annual Shop the Blocks event.
Over 20 businesses will be participating in the event and joining forces to showcase their newest collections and current trends, staying open late and offering special promotions.
It’s a chance to seek out some of the best in food, art, fashion, gift-giving ideas, healthy lifestyle options and more. You can also take advantage of discounts, giveaways, draws and demonstrations.
There will also be a live DJ filling the night air with music from Pommier Square.
The event runs from 5 pm to 9 pm!
The City of Cornwall is offering complementary parking for the Shop the Blocks event. All paid parking (municipal lots and on-street at meters and pay and display machines) is being offered as complementary between the hours of 5 pm and 6 pm in the Downtown area. Parking in on-street spots and municipal lots is free after 6 pm!
Spend and win!
You can turn your visit to Shop the Blocks into a chance to win two tickets to the Ottawa Senators/Philadelphia Flyers game on November 15! If you spend money at any of the participating businesses, you receive one of 500 numbered hockey cards. A draw will take place on November 7th to select a winner. You’ll also receive a parking pass!
